The Yu Sushi Bar adds a new dimension to a "Yunique" dining experience - featuring the freshest sushi and sashimi, prepared by our own Sushi master. All-time favourites include tuna, salmon and yellow tail sashimi. Select from the new menu at Yu which features innovative and delicious dishes, including Dungeness crab cakes with corainder-mango chutney; Szechuan spiced monkfish on glazed apples with Calvados sauce; baked seabass in casserole with balsamic lentil ragout and baby potatoes; and chilled orange and ginger cream, served with exotic fruit.

Our exciting Martini Menu includes the Classic (gin and dry vermouth, topped off with a green olive) and the Manhattan (a delicious blend of bourbon and sweet vermouth with a maraschino cherry) to creative concoctions such as the James Bond (vodka and dry vermouth with a lemon twist - shaken not stirred, of course) and the Cosmopolitan (a delicious concoction of vodka and Cointreau with cranberry and fresh lime juices).
